creative direction for ‘in the final’ music video

Styling for Allexa’s music video ‘in the final’. 

let me spend a few words about this project.. 

the styling in ‘in the final is defined by two visually striking and contrasting moments; the first look is rooted in the clean, sharp style of 1960s women icons such as Marianne Faithfull and Pattie Boyd, but also by Alice in wonderland and sofia coppola’s dreamy ‘the virgin suicides’. Allexa is wearing Of Planet earth top, Rafael Azevedo bloomer shorts, moulting press jewelry, vintage heels.

In contrast, the second look introduces a whimsical, nostalgic atmosphere—one that evokes childhood memories through its bold colors, playful textures, and the simple yet symbolic addition of a paper hat. This outfit draws from the colorful America in the 1970s, saturated hues, and funky accessories reminiscent of 60s london youthquake movement. Allexa is wearing a vintage 1970s dress, hotlips by solange rings, adidas shoes, vintage earrings and bangles, handmade paper hat.
